Prof. Dieter Kranzlmueller


Dieter Kranzlmueller is a full professor of computer science at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universitaet Muenchen (LMU), managing director of the Leibniz Supercomputing Centre (LRZ), and member of the board of directors of the Centre for Digital Technology and Management. He is chairing the Munich Network Management Team and is involved in all aspects of managing computers and networks for scientific purposes. His interests include high-performance computing, grid and cloud computing, distributed systems, and networks, as well as visualization and virtual reality.
