David Erixon is Head of Digital and Customer Innovation at Ulster Bank.
David has a long experience of marketing, innovation, customer experience and digital business transformation from various industries including media, telecoms, retail and financial services. David is the founder of Hyper Island, dubbed the “Oxbridge of digital” by Campaign Magazine and digital customer experience agency Doberman, responsible for creating the world’s first omni-channel TV player. He worked in various commercial and marketing leadership roles for Vodafone for over 10 years, where he also served as global brand director for five years. David was part of the leadership team that built the world’s first native 4G operator Yota, branching out to payment services, entertainment and connected products in Russia. He’s also held academic positions at Imperial Business School in London and Strelka Institute of Architecture, Media & Design in Moscow. His collaborative work with Professor Vandermerwe on customer i-centricity was published in Acumen last year.
